Presentation
The Multiplier Man slot looks and sounds absolutely superb and you have to give full credit to Revolver Gaming for capturing the superhero theme so accurately. The setting is the backdrop to a fictitious City with tall skyscrapers and office blocks everywhere. The symbols on the reels are cartoon styled and beautifully done and the game is played along to a suitably heroic soundtrack. All in all, it is a superbly presented game.
What's on the reels?
The lower value symbols on the reels are the playing card symbols and these go from 10 through to the Ace and offer a selection of smaller wins from four coins up to the largest win of 75 coins for five Aces or Kings across the reels.
The other symbols on the reel are higher value symbols and these are all characters that inhabit Multiplier Man's world. This includes a super-hero dog, a lady with a rather large bouffant hairdo, as well as a trio of villains and the Multiplier Man logo. Wins on these symbols range from 8 coins up to the biggest value win of 200 coins for five Multiplier Man symbols on a winning line.
Wild features
Ken Kash, Multiplier Man's alter ego, is the Wild symbol in the game and he is an Expanding Wild, which means when he lands on a reel and a place on that reel can contribute towards a win, the Wild will expand to cover the reel to create additional wins.

The Quick Change symbol is one of the Scatters in the game and when you land three or more of these on the reels you trigger the Quick Change Bonus Game. This is a Hi-Lo guessing game and there are three levels you pass through to earn increasing awards. All you need to do is pick whether the next drawn card will be higher or lower than the next. The more you get right, the more levels you can pass through and the bigger your reward will be.
One nice aspect of the Quick Change Bonus Game is when you land it, the number of Scatters landed will award you a cash prize of 20x, 50x or 150x your total bet, depending on whether you landed three, four or five Scatters to trigger the bonus.
Best feature of the Multiplier Man slot
For me the best feature of the Multiplier Man slot is the bonus games. It's not just the actual games themselves that are so much fun to play, but the fact that you always seem relatively close to triggering one when you are playing the base game. Add to that a randomly triggered bonus and this adds a great deal of excitement to each spin. The rewards you receive from the bonus games can be somewhat hit and miss, but I do feel the Free Spins game offers a better chance of a bigger win than the Quick Change Bonus or the X-Ray Bonus.
What does the Multiplier Man slot lack?
There is one massive, glaring omission from the Multiplier Man slot and that is all to do with the Wild Symbol. This symbol expands when landed on the reels as part of a winning line which is great, and the symbol on the reels is of course, Multiplier Man, who you would therefore assume applies a multiplier to the win? It makes perfect sense, right? Well apparently not, because there is no such multiplier applied and indeed, I can't see any multipliers applied anywhere else on the slot. It's a bit like calling your slot game "Cherry Free Spins" and then omitting to have Free Spins in the game.
Conclusion
My one bug bear with the lack of Multipliers in the game apart, Multiplier Man is actually a fantastically put together slot. The combination of a fun base game, which is sufficiently rewarding, and a large number of bonus features (some of which are relatively easy to trigger) makes this a game which always appeals and which makes you feel you are never too far away from a decent win. The graphics and sound only enhance the experience but I just wish the game played a little quicker and had multipliers on the Wild symbols.
