The ancient Egyptian civilization has brought us many incredible myths and legends. While the stories of Anubis, Ra and Osiris are perhaps more well known and certainly, their stories as portrayed in hieroglyphics have been recounted through the generations, there exist many other myths from this time that are perhaps less well known.
One of these myths is the fantastic story of the River of Riches. This ancient myth tells tale of a fabled subterranean river that ran underneath a famous Egyptian city thousands of years ago. The River of Riches was named because this was not a river of water that brought forth precious diamonds, gold dust and other precious elements from within in the earth, but was instead a river made entirely of pure running, liquid gold.
Of course, locating this fabled river was not an easy task, danger lurked around every corner and it is this cautionary tale that provides the backdrop for one of Rabcat's newest slot releases, simply entitled River of Riches.
River of Riches is a 5x3-reel video slot which offers players the chance to embark upon an Indiana Jones-like adventure to discover the secret of this mysterious golden river. You can win regularly enough especially with the Wild symbol cropping up across the reels, but the key to unlocking the bigger treasures as the intrepid hunter in the game, is the Isis scatter symbol.
If you land two of these symbols across the reels then you guarantee yourself a cash prize. Land three, four or five across the reels and the value of that cash prize increases significantly.
However that is not all, land three or more Isis symbols on the reels and you trigger the Free Spins round. Here you receive 10 free spins, but that is not all as it is when you receive your free spins that you trigger the Fixed Wild symbols.
At the start of the round, the slot will generate four Fixed Wild symbols on the second and fourth reels. These Fixed Wilds, as the name suggests, will remain bolted in place during the free spins round and can drastically increase your chances of landing a big win.
